If you are following my blog and my weekly coaching tips you probably know that limiting beliefs are my favourite subject. Today I would like to think you about limiting beliefs you hold.
Often people don’t know that they have limiting beliefs about themself and that their beliefs have a big impact on the quality of all aspects of their lives. Sometimes people don’t understand why they are not achieving their goals. This is because their beliefs and goals are in conflict.
This week I would like you to write down things you must do and then ask yourself a question
“What would happen if you didn’t?
This will help you to discover your core limiting beliefs and be aware of the consequences of various actions.
Then turn your limiting beliefs in the positive one. Adopt a positive language. Change the negative phrases into the positive.
