Boost Your Confidence

Do you feel you should be ahead with your life, career or business? Are you critical of yourself?

Is your confidence shrinking?

Well, I have those moments in my life when I feel exactly like that. And the one thing that I’ve learned is that those feelings of low confidence are created by my thoughts.

Your thoughts are creating your feelings and not another way around (your feelings are creating your thoughts). This makes everything easier for me. I don’t pay much attention to my negative thoughts anymore.

However, if you’re looking for more ways to boost your confidence, here are 10 simple ways to help you with that.

  1. Compare yourself to yourself, not to others.
  2. Think about how far have you come.
  3. Create a list of your daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishments.
  4. Celebrate your accomplishments, even the smallest ones.
  5. Surround yourself with people who can support you in your journey.
  6. Remember thoughts are only thoughts, they don’t have any meaning, they come and go.
  7. Exercise daily, it can be 10 minutes per day or go for a walk.
  8. Think about what is bringing you joy.
  9. Create affirmations. Your positive opinion about yourself will increase.
  10. Slow down. When your mind is busy and you’re in a constant hurry to reach your goals. It’s time to slow down and rest. Your mind will clear up and you’ll have a new perspective on everything.

This week focus on three ways to boost your confidence.

Let me know what are your thoughts, questions and learning points.
