As an expat coach, there are several niches you can specialize in to serve the needs of your clients.
Let’s explore first what is the difference between a target market and a niche before diving into niches for expat coaches.
A target market refers to a specific group of consumers or businesses that a product or service is designed for, while a niche refers to a specialized segment within a target market that has specific needs or preferences.
In other words, a target market is a broader category of customers that a business wants to sell to, while a niche is a smaller, more specialized subset of that target market. For example, consider a bakery that targets health-conscious consumers. Its target market would be health-conscious consumers who are interested in buying baked goods that are made with healthier ingredients. Within that target market, the bakery might have a niche for gluten-free baked goods, which would appeal to a smaller subset of health-conscious consumers.
